Crafting for Wildlife

Support wildlife with your crafting skills

Are you a crafty person?

Can you knit, crochet or sew?

Wildlife Rescue League needs you!

WRL rehabilitators, partner veterinarians and volunteer transporters use many kinds of knitted and sewn items to keep wild life warm and cozy.

Knitted and crocheted nests

These nests are keeping animals warm while they are transported and cared for until they are ready to go back to the wild!

Hammocks

Regular and honeycomb hammocks

Pouches and snuggle sacks

Hanging and non-hanging

Bat wraps

They can be used for other wildlife too

And more!

If you have an item you would like to make and donate, we can have a rehabilitator try it out and see how it works! Your donations of these items helps tremendously in the efforts to save wildlife.

Mail items to WRL
