Annual fall online fundraiser

Learn More and Donate[/button] It’s time for our annual fall online fundraiser. But this year we’re doing something different! The online fundraising will run through midnight September 23rd. Please donate toward our goal of $15,000.00.

THEN, September 24th, from 1-3:30 we will have an in-person carnival party! Plan to join us at Historic Blenheim House in Fairfax for food, wine, face painting, raptor presentations, raffles and more! Tickets for the event and the raffle are available for purchase under the registration button. Raffle prizes include a West Virginia lodge weekend, jewelry, garden gift basket, ornaments, Graveyard tour and a custom pet video.

Baby season is beginning to wind down, although there are still those rambunctious reproducing squirrels! Now is the time to take a deep breath and celebrate all that has been accomplished so far!

WRL helpliners have handled 2000 calls and our transporters have driven 45,000 miles so far for animal and supply placements. Rehabilitators continue to receive supplies from WRL, including food, formula, seeds, as well as medications, caging and vet expense reimbursement. And 6000 puppy pads and 700 rolls of paper towels were distributed as a result of our Puppy Pad & Paper Towel Party!

But WRL still needs your help to continue providing support to our rehabilitators. Please help us help them!
