Spring2Action Online Fundraiser

Spring2Action S2A’s on-line giving event is the perfect way to support the work of wildlife rehabilitators without having to leave your home.

As a virtual organization, Wildlife Rescue League is able to continue to provide support to the public and to area wildllife rehabilitators through its helpline and its transporters. The Helpline offers advice and referrals to rehabilitators when needed. Transporters drive wildlife from partner veterinarian offices to rehabilitators as well as distributing supplies to those rehabilitators. Rehabilitators continue to care for squirrels, bunnies, opossums, foxes and other animals.

WRL helps area wildlife rehabilitators in their efforts to rehabilitate and release injured, orphaned, sick and abandoned wildlife found by the public. Rehabilitators are licensed by the state, but are not paid for their services. That’s where WRL comes in. We help provide food, formula, syringes, incubators, heating pads and other items needed by rehabilitators to care for their charges. The ultimate goal of WRL and rehabilitators is the release of these animals back into the wild.
